GOJI PROCESSING / EQUIPMENT & CONNECTED LINES Goji Berry Processing Lines for Puree and Juice Choose the equipment around your berries, your product and your pack. From integrated washing and pulp separation to treatment and aseptic bulk filling.
Conceptual process visualization: a selected fresh-goji smooth-puree route with seed/skin separation, texture finishing and bulk treatment and filling. Equipment geometry is reference-guided; dimensions, utilities and installation require project-specific engineering. 01 / YOUR STARTING POINT A berry line. Or a pulp module. Buy a single machine, connect a complete berry route, or add treatment and filling to the pulp you already have.
01 Process fresh goji berries through washing, preparation and pulp separation, then connect the chosen texture treatment and bulk filling route.
Starts with Fresh berries at receiving; frozen or dried whole-fruit preparation is a separately assessed front-end configuration. Equipment & configuration → 02 Add a controlled downstream route to an existing pulp supply: buffer, condition where needed, heat-treat and fill compatible bulk bags.
Starts with Prepared goji pulp or juice with known solids, temperature, particles and previous treatment. Equipment & configuration →
Preparation An integrated washing bath and inclined flighted belt wash berries and lift them toward the next operation.
Explore this machine → Separation Two connected cylindrical working chambers combine pulping and subsequent refining in one machine family.
Explore this machine → Heat treatment A tubular skid combines product heating, a defined holding duty and cooling interfaces with coordinated pumps and controls.
Explore this machine → Bulk packaging A bag filling assembly connects treated product with suitable aseptic bags and their specified fitments.

03 / COMPARE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE Different jobs. Different equipment. A pulper separates seeds and skins. A mill adjusts texture. A filler needs the right treatment interface. Start with the job you need to solve.
EQUIPMENT SELECTION Compare seed and skin separation with pulp texture reduction to select the right goji pulper or colloid mill.
Explore the guide → EQUIPMENT SELECTION Compare milling and high-pressure homogenization for goji pulp texture, feed condition and equipment interfaces.
Explore the guide → EQUIPMENT SELECTION Decide between a replacement machine, a pulp treatment module and a whole-berry goji processing line.
Explore the guide → EQUIPMENT SELECTION State goji equipment capacity at the received fruit, prepared feed, separated pulp or packed-product measurement boundary.

Air-agitated washing bath with elevated fruit discharge 04 / ENGINEERED TO CONNECT A machine list is only the beginning. Discharge heights, pulp transfer, buffer inventory and filler readiness need to work together. Define utilities, cleaning circuits and maintenance access alongside the product route.

05 / FOLLOW THE PRODUCT Whole berries. Separated pulp. A defined finished pack. Select optional stages against your product, rather than adding every machine to every line.
01 Receive, inspect and wash Spread berries for manual inspection, then use the integrated bubble bath and elevator when immersion washing suits the batch.
02 Prepare and separate Optional crushing prepares the feed for the combined pulper and finisher. Collect seed/skin reject separately and assess it alongside the product.
03 Buffer and condition the pulp A buffer assembly stabilizes the downstream supply. Select colloid milling, high-pressure homogenization or deaeration only for an identified product need.
04 Treat and pack Coordinate tubular product treatment with the bag filling and cleaning sequences. Optional evaporation adds a separate concentration duty.
PRODUCT APPLICATION Choose washing, pulping, refining and bulk filling equipment for goji puree, with a clear texture target and material balance.

08 / FROM ENQUIRY TO SCOPE A short brief. A written scope. Start with the material you receive and the product you need to pack. The machine list, interfaces and acceptance scope can be developed from there.
01 Tell us the feed and the pack A machine, product or starting material is enough to begin. Add quantity with its measurement point, existing equipment and packaging if known.
What to include in a first enquiry →
02 Review the interfaces Product transfer, utilities, cleaning, access and the treatment-to-filler boundary are checked against the selected route.
See the integration scope →
03 Confirm a written scope The offer should identify the supplied model, ratings, connections, documents, acceptance activities and commercial responsibilities.
Review selection criteria →
MATERIAL & CAPACITY Fresh fruit is not dry input. Keep received berries, prepared feed, separated pulp and filled product as distinct capacity boundaries.
Specify your operating quantity → A SIMPLE FIRST STEP Tell us what you need. A product target or a machine requirement is enough to begin. Add quantity and packaging if known; technical details can follow.
